Friend of Morocco, William Ruto, elected new president of Kenya

Today it was announced in Kenya that William Ruto, a friend of Morocco, has been elected President of Kenya.
This comes at a time when Kenya recognizes the Polisario Front.
The President of the Electoral Commission of Kenya announced the election of William Ruto, defeating Raila Odinga, after six days of waiting for the results.

The elections were held last Tuesday and more than 22 million voters participated, and Kenyans awaited the announcement of the successor to Uhuru Kenyatta, who led the country for two terms and is no longer eligible to run for a third.
Four candidates competed, but the competition was limited to Odinga, a prominent political figure in the opposition who is backed by former President Kenyatta and outgoing Vice President William Ruto.
