The Economic and Social Council creates a special committee for Moroccans abroad at the invitation of the King – Hoy 24

The Economic, Social and Environmental Council created a temporary special commission to work on the discharge of royal directives aimed at caring for members of the Moroccan community residing abroad.

In a statement, the council has indicated that it is about to focus, within the framework of a self-referral, on studying ways to enhance the contribution of Moroccans from around the world to the country’s development, according to its methodology based on listening, discussion and the joint construction with the different interested parties to crystallize courses of action and procedural recommendations that support this new dynamic, which King Mohammed VI demands, and which appears in his speech on the occasion of the anniversary of August 20 of this year.
The creation of this committee occurs, according to the statement, “in interaction with the royal directives aimed at caring for members of the Moroccan community residing abroad, and considering the importance that the Council attaches, in terms of its approach to the comprehensive development of our country, to the affairs of this category of citizens represented within its pluralistic composition in accordance with the constitution”.
