Next Thursday, a government council will hold its weekly meeting headed by Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch.
According to a report, the Council will study seven draft decrees, including a draft decree on fixing the legal minimum wage in industry, commerce, liberal professions and agriculture, and a draft decree on amending the decree issued on the status of Customs and Indirect Personnel of the Tax Administration.
A draft decree regarding the modification and addition of the two statutes of the interministerial bodies of technical and administrative assistance will also be studied.
The Governing Council is also studying a draft decree regarding the modification of the decree issued regarding the creation of compensation for administrative hierarchy for the benefit of employees and cadres of the central administration, employees involved in public administrations and employees of the cadres of some ministries. .
Also under study is a draft decree regarding the modification of the decree issued on the determination of the conditions for the promotion of State employees in the grade or framework, and the sixth on the modification of the decree issued on the statute of the Interministerial Organization of Engineers and Architects.
Among the seven draft decrees that will be examined by the Governing Council, one draft decree refers to the modification of the decree issued on the determination of the conditions for the granting of family allowances to employees, military personnel, state employees, municipalities and public institutions.
The Governing Council will conclude its work by studying the proposals for the appointment of senior officials in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution.
