The Governing Council studies the five decrees that regulate the powers of the Ministry of Justice – today 24

Next Thursday there will be a government council headed by Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Prime Minister.

A statement from the Presidency of the Government has indicated that, initially, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister of Economic Integration, Small Business, Employment and Skills on “Social Dialogue: The results and the launch of the September round”.

The communication adds that the council will continue its work studying three draft decrees, the first of which refers to defining the terms of reference and organization of the Ministry of Justice, the second to changing and completing the decree issued on the statute of the General Authority Financial Inspection, and the third for air navigation services.

Next, the Council will study an agreement between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Djibouti for the reactivation and mutual protection of investments, signed in Rabat on July 25, 2022, with a bill approving said agreement; Before concluding its work, studying the appointment proposals for senior positions in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution.
